The Polyair Air Bellows system is an excellent, heavy duty, suspension add-on to the original equipment springs, and is designed to provide up to 2,200kg (on bitumen roads only) of additional load support to your 40-50mm RAISED REAR LEAF SPRINGS.

By simply varying the air pressure in the air bellows, you vary the amount of additional load support allowing for heavy and very heavy loads to be carried with ease while increasing the loaded ride height and improving the balance and handling capabilities of a loaded vehicle.
With these kits you get the best of both worlds, good ride quality with no load, and excellent carrying capacity when heavily loaded or with any load in between.
All kits are supplied complete for easy installation and include two air springs, two inflation valves, airline, all fittings, all necessary EASY BOLT-IN mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions.

The Heavy Duty POLYAIR BELLOWS Kit is Air Adjustable from 5 to 100 psi, using standard garage or portable air pumps normally used for inflating/deflating your tyres.
NOTE: DO NOT EXCEED THE RATED GVM OF YOUR VEHICLE !
vehicles should always be driven sensibly and in accordance with the varying road / track conditions at the time.
We suggest an absolute MAX. Air Pressure of no more than 60-65psi be used on most of the later model small / medium sized utes, in particular Dual Cab models when heavily loaded and being driven on rough tracks or long distances of badly corrugated dirt roads, etc. (this will vary depending on make and model of ute). The air bags should not be used to do ALL the work in place of the leaf spring. It should be a combination of both systems carrying the load and distributing the weight and forces into the chassis rails at the 3 chassis contact points, NOT just ONE Point (at the air bag).
Utes like HILUX, NAVARA, TRITON, RODEO/COLORADO/D-MAX, BT50/RANGER, etc. that all have much smaller and thinner chassis rails than the big Landcruiser and Patrol models, or similar.
At the end of the day, common sense should always be used when travelling in outback Australia and it may be that either an extra leaf in the spring pack or heavy duty leaf springs may be required as well for very heavily loaded utes (particularly, Dual Cab Utes where all the weight is over/behind the rear axle causing a leverage/pendulum load effect on the rear suspension system.
